See which equipment has recorded allocations and which items have been requested ahead. Open the period behind a quiet or busy patch before deciding to hire more, move equipment or follow up with the crew.
1. Compare the same period and asset group
Set the date range and day, week, month or year scale. Filter by category, current location or utilisation band, then check which assets are included. Compare the same group over the same period.
2. Investigate the quiet and busy periods
Open a heatmap cell and inspect the allocated time and Requests behind it. A low result can reflect missing allocation history. A high result does not establish that an engine was running.
3. Keep a reproducible export
Export the filtered report as CSV or Excel and retain the reporting period and asset scope. Use a configured meter or Telematics measure for engine runtime and GPS time-on-site questions.
Setup and limits
- Allocated time is not a direct measurement of engine hours, productive output or time inside a geofence.
- The location filter uses the asset’s current saved location, not its historical time at a worksite.
- Confirm the included assets before using a ranked breakdown as a whole-fleet comparison.
- Forward requested time covers named assets, not category quantities without selected assets.
Open the allocation behind a coloured cell
Opening the grinder’s 28 September cell reveals the recorded allocation and its dates. Green allocation time and blue requested time answer different questions; neither proves that the equipment was running.
