Bluetooth beacons and QR labels do not require a separate subscription.
Every GPS tracker ships with a pre-activated SIM card and needs a monthly data plan for cellular connectivity, from $10 ex GST ($11 inc GST) a month per device. AI dashcams take an optional MapTrack SIM ($12 ex GST ($13.20 inc GST) a month) or your own compatible SIM on your own carrier account. On a MapTrack SIM, we deal with the carrier for you.
We offer a 30-day return policy on all hardware. If a device is faulty or does not meet your requirements, contact us within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or replacement. Devices must be returned in their original packaging.

We ship hardware across Australia and New Zealand: free on orders over $1,000 and $15 otherwise, and for dash cams, freight is confirmed with your quote. Labels ship free in Australia over $500, and we ship labels to New Zealand, the US, Canada, the UK and South Africa on quote, with freight from A$20 to New Zealand, A$25 to the US and Canada, and A$30 to the UK and South Africa. Orders shipped outside Australia are GST-free exports, so international quotes are ex GST. For anywhere else, request a quote through our bulk quote form and our team will reply with shipping and pricing within one business day.
Battery-powered trackers and BLE beacons are self-install. No tools or wiring required. Hardwired trackers and dashcams require professional installation. MapTrack can recommend certified installers in your area, or your existing auto electrician can fit them.
All MapTrack hardware is covered by a 12-month manufacturer warranty against defects. Extended warranty options are available for enterprise deployments.
