Asset tracking partner program

Resell, refer and build services around MapTrack.

We are building a global ecosystem of thriving partners. Resell, refer, consult, integrate or supply hardware with a commercial model matched to the work you own. Approved partners receive clear written terms, practical enablement and named ownership before launch.

Already a customer who wants to refer a mate? Use the referral program.

Long-term partnerships, not one-off referrals

Our goal is simple: help you build a profitable, scalable business around MapTrack while your customers get genuine, lasting value. We own the product. Customer ownership, delivery, support and commercial responsibilities are agreed before launch, so both teams know what success requires.

Commercial models shown are indicative. Eligibility, attributed revenue, commission term, payment cycle, support responsibilities and territory are subject to approval and a signed partner agreement. Commission is calculated on eligible net collected subscription revenue and paid monthly, in the month after the customer payment clears. It continues for as long as the customer keeps paying and your partner agreement remains in force.

Questions

Partner program FAQ

Who can become a MapTrack partner?

Any business that sells to, services or advises asset-heavy operators. That includes telematics and GPS installers, hardware resellers, IT and managed service providers, field-service and construction software consultants, bookkeepers and accountants for trades, equipment dealers, and software companies building integrations. If your customers manage vehicles, plant, tools or equipment, there is a track for you.

How much can I earn?

Indicative models start at 20% of eligible subscription revenue for referral partners, 25% for solution partners and 15% for services and technology partners. A solution-partner rate may reach 35% where substantial sales, delivery or customer-success obligations are approved. There is no fixed 24-month cut-off: commission continues for as long as the customer keeps paying and your partner agreement remains in force. Your countersigned commercial schedule sets the final rate, eligible revenue and term.

When and how do I get paid?

Commission is calculated on eligible net collected subscription revenue, excluding GST and other taxes, discounts, credits, refunds, chargebacks, bad debt and excluded products or services. You are paid only on money MapTrack has actually banked. Approved amounts are reconciled and paid monthly, in the month after the customer payment clears, subject to your signed partner agreement and any valid tax-invoice requirements.

Do I have to handle support and onboarding?

Responsibilities depend on the track. MapTrack always owns the product, while sales, onboarding, implementation and customer support are allocated in the signed partner agreement. Higher solution-partner rates require clearly defined partner responsibilities.

Is there a cost or a minimum commitment?

There is no fee to apply. Approved partners may start with a 90-day design-partner period. Any performance milestones, territory or exclusivity are agreed in writing and are never implied by submitting an application.

Can I partner with MapTrack from outside Australia?

We welcome applications from outside Australia. Availability depends on product fit, commercial readiness and local legal, tax, privacy and support requirements. We confirm eligible regions during review.

What makes MapTrack easy to sell?

MapTrack is designed for asset-heavy teams and works offline on remote sites. Per-asset pricing with unlimited users gives partners a clear commercial story. Approved partners receive practical positioning, discovery and product guidance for their market.
