Can we reserve assets for specific jobs or projects?
Yes. You can create reservations by date, and allocate assets to jobs, projects, crews or sites. The planning view shows availability and clashes so you can schedule with confidence.
How does scheduling work with maintenance?
Work orders and maintenance due dates sit on the asset record. When planning reservations, you can see service due so you don't allocate an asset that's overdue for maintenance. Same platform, one view.
Do field teams see their reservations?
Yes. Mobile and tablet users see their allocations and what's reserved for them. They can update check-in/out and complete forms from the same app.
What if we need to move a reservation?
