Polycarbonate and polyester QR labels are heavy-duty asset stickers with 3M industrial adhesive, ordered online from 200 per size. Aluminium and stainless steel tags for gear that needs metal are ordered online the same way in three standard sizes, and made after you approve a proof. Need a mix of sizes and materials? Ask for a quote and we'll combine them wherever possible.

Polycarbonate QR labels are UV, scratch, chemical and pressure-wash resistant with 3M industrial adhesive. Medium 25 × 50 mm for plant, machinery and fleet vehicles: 300 for $870 inc GST. Get the $50 sample pack (nine real aluminium, stainless steel and PVC QR tags, delivery included anywhere in the world), then test it on the surfaces and conditions your assets really face: painted metal, powder coat, plastic, tool cases and plant. Check scans with more than one phone, check adhesion after cleaning, washing, vibration and the first few weeks of regular use, and confirm the QR workflow opens the right MapTrack record, inspection or check-out action.
The free label designer creates a live preview and print-ready export so colours, logo placement and asset-ID format can be confirmed before print.

Surface preparation
Clean, dry metal, powder coat, hard plastic or painted surfaces before applying the sample.
Use the sample pack before bulk ordering if the surface is oily, curved, textured or regularly repainted.
Outdoor exposure
Check QR readability after sunlight, rain, dust, mud and normal site handling.
Use polycarbonate for the strongest online label option, then order or quote metal where corrosion or impact dominates.
Washdown and chemicals
Test the real wash process, cleaning chemical and pressure pattern before a large rollout.
Move to stainless steel, online or by quote, when repeated corrosive washdown is the main risk.
Mounting method
Confirm whether adhesive is enough or whether holes, rivets, screws or cable ties are required.
