MapTrack's primary database and application hosting are in Sydney. Some supporting services may process data outside Australia. Ask for our current hosting documentation and subprocessor list if data location is part of your procurement review.

Yes. MapTrack complies with the Australian Privacy Act 1988 and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs). We take our obligations under Australian law seriously and review our practices regularly.

Yes. We complete vendor security questionnaires and can provide our current security documentation, data-handling and hosting details, and a Data Processing Agreement. If your contract carries a data-location requirement, raise it early and we will confirm the hosting region in writing.

Yes. You can export your full dataset at any time in CSV or JSON format. There is no lock-in and no additional cost for data exports.

No. Month-to-month, cancel anytime; save 10% with annual prepay on tools and equipment; Machine Plan prices are billed annually, monthly billing costs about 10% more, and the only commitment is the 36-month hardware term on Connect and Protect.

You keep access until the end of your billing period. After that you have 30 days to export your data, or ask our support team and we'll export it for you. After those 30 days we may permanently delete it from our active systems, and backup copies are kept for up to 90 days.
