• Request and fulfil equipment

  Requests can specify named assets or quantities from a category, with a required period and optional approval. During fulfilment, record substitutions and reasons, retain shortages and complete the checkout for the fulfilled equipment. Requests and fulfilment require a connection.

• Set up a tiered service plan

  A tiered plan contains ordered services with their own triggers, procedures, parts and work-order defaults. When levels become due together, the highest-ordered due service takes priority. Give each higher service the complete procedure and parts it needs; lower-level content is not automatically combined.

• Record individual inspection outcomes

  One work order can contain several assets with separate procedures and outcomes. Completing the round does not mean every item passed. Review the failed or incomplete assets and retain their evidence and follow-up work.

• Issue and return parts

  Parts can be consumed immediately or issued into assignment custody from a source bin. Outstanding custody is shown as Deployed. Reconcile the actual consumption and return unused items to an active bin. A physical stocktake records a counted balance and its adjustment.

• Read Asset Performance

  Asset Performance helps inspect assignment and booking use over the selected period. It has day, week and month views, filters, cell detail and export. Assignment use does not establish engine runtime or productive output; use the appropriate meter or Telematics report for those questions.

• Understand GPS and Telematics

  The MapTrack app shows each asset’s latest position. Live GPS, geofences, trips and location history run in MapTrack Telematics. MapTrack sells and supports the workflow; device setup, coverage and reporting interval affect how current the information is.
