Load the work, record it on site, finish it connected
The useful offline check is a real job on the device your crew uses. Load the work order and asset information while connected, record the results without reception, then reconnect to finish the job and confirm the result reached the account.
1. Prepare the device while connected
Sign in, open the work order and load its procedures and relevant assets. Check that the crew member has the permissions needed for the work.
2. Record the work where it happens
Work through the loaded procedures and record per-asset pass or fail outcomes. They save on the device without reception.
3. Reconnect, then complete and review
Once connected, let the device sync, add any costs and move the work order to Completed. Then reopen it from a connected session and check the status, outcomes and attachments before treating the handover as finished.
Setup and limits
- Adding costs, moving a work order to Completed, creating or first loading a work order, assignments, imports, exports and server-side automations need a connection.
- If the same record changes while the device is offline, server state wins on pull. Keep job ownership clear and verify the saved result.

Offline support
Keep field work moving without reception
Loaded forms can be completed and submitted without reception. On an already-loaded work order, procedures and per-asset pass or fail outcomes can be recorded offline, and previously loaded QR tags and records can be opened offline.
