The MapTrack K145 is a road-facing AI dash cam for fleets that want a clear record of the road ahead without recording the driver. It records the road in full HD 1080p at 30 frames per second through a 142-degree diagonal lens, and its AI flags tailgating and lane departure while the motion sensors catch hard braking and cornering. Every clip carries GPS location and speed, and video lands in MapTrack alongside the rest of the vehicle record. The K145 has no driver-facing camera, so it cannot detect phone use, fatigue or distraction. If you need driver monitoring, choose the K245.

No. The K145 records the road ahead only. It has no driver-facing camera, so it cannot detect phone use, fatigue, distraction, smoking or seatbelt use. Choose the K245 if you need driver monitoring.

Its AI flags tailgating and lane departure from the road camera, and its motion sensors pick up hard braking and cornering. Each event is saved with GPS location and speed.

You do not need a separate carrier account. The dash cam ships with a pre-activated SIM that MapTrack manages, so there is no third-party contract to set up. The camera does run on a monthly MapTrack plan, and we quote that alongside the hardware so you can see the full monthly cost before you order.
