Trigger work orders from real usage data

Use OEM data to trigger work orders and maintenance from runtime, ODO or engine hours. Geofence-based utilisation reporting where location data is available. Service when the asset needs it, not just on a calendar.

The reading the camera sends, and how often

MapTrack names the reading an estimate and shows how often it can update. Hours and distance are worked out from completed trips, so time spent idling is not counted.

Frequently asked questions

Yes. Cat, Komatsu, JCB and Volvo machines' own telematics can feed engine hours, location, fault codes and fuel used into MapTrack. You send us the API or data feed details, and our team sets it up under Connections and checks it's working.

MapTrack's integration directory lists 150+ telematics, OEM, fuel-card and management-system data sources (around 180 in total). More than 120 have at least one live data feed today; others are available on request, so coverage is not uniform. Data types (odometer, engine hours, location, fuel, fault codes) vary by source - confirm your specific provider and fields in a pilot. Visit our Integrations page for the current list.

Yes. MapTrack provides public API documentation at https://app.maptrack.com/api/public/v1/docs. API key access is available. Contact us or book a demo if you need technical integration details.

An iPaaS such as Workato can be evaluated as middleware for a custom project. The final design depends on the source-system APIs, MapTrack public API coverage, object ownership, security and error-handling requirements. MapTrack does not currently ship a prebuilt Workato recipe for ERP work-order exchange.

No. MapTrack does not currently ship one-click connectors for those ERP and EAM platforms. Current public API resources cover assets, categories, custom fields, locations, people and account users. Work orders, form submissions, attachments, readings, inventory usage, maintenance and status events require custom integration work.

It depends on the source. Across the integration directory, odometer comes from 114 integrations, engine hours from 68, last location from 59, fuel from 50 and fault data from 41. Check your exact system in the directory before you plan around a data type.

Yes. GPS trackers, AI dash cams and Bluetooth tags are available as add-ons. Trackers show battery, signal and estimated run hours, dash cams show live view and saved event clips, and both report into the same asset record.

Yes. Connect your AI dash cam account and MapTrack imports the cameras, shows their latest position and safety events, and estimates kilometres and drive hours from completed trips. AI dash cams show saved event clips in MapTrack, beside the vehicle’s pre-starts, servicing and costs.
