Product walkthrough

See alert rules in action

Configure rules, choose who gets notified and let MapTrack handle the rest. From meter thresholds to compliance due dates.

Build rules from meter thresholds, dates or inspection results

Choose who gets notified by role or person

Auto-create work orders when conditions are met

Review fired alerts and tune thresholds over time

Meter-based triggers

Trigger from real usage, not calendars

When runtime hours, odometer or engine hours cross a threshold, MapTrack fires an alert or auto-creates a work order. High-use machines get attention when they need it.

Compliance alerts

Never miss a compliance due date

Alert when an inspection is due, a certificate is expiring or a pre-start hasn't been completed. Assign to the right person so renewals and checks happen on time.

Frequently asked questions

What can trigger an alert?
Alerts can trigger from inspection due/overdue, certificate expiry, meter thresholds (e.g. hours, ODO where integrated), geofence in/out events, and custom rules. We can discuss your use cases.
Can alerts create work orders?
Yes. You can configure automation so that when certain conditions are met (e.g. meter threshold, failed inspection), a work order is created and optionally assigned.
Who receives alerts?
You define who gets notified by role or person. Notifications can be in-app, email or both so the right person acts.
Do alerts sit on the asset record?
Yes. Alerts are part of the same platform as tracking, compliance and maintenance. No separate alert tool. Everything stays on the asset.
