What changed
Capterra, GetApp and Software Advice are software review sites owned by G2. They share one pool of reviews, so the same 17 reviews and the same 5.0 rating now show on all three. It’s one set of reviews in three places, not three separate sets.
On G2 itself, MapTrack is rated 4.9 out of 5 from 15 reviews, which G2 collects separately.

What reviewers say
Ease of use comes up in almost every review, and quick support in most of them. Reviewers mention scanning and assigning gear in seconds, building their own forms and pre-starts, and getting help to load their existing spreadsheets.
The most common criticisms are the effort of the first setup, when every asset goes into the register, and wanting more integrations. It's worth reading a few reviews in full: they say more than the stars do.
