Running on just 3 AAA lithium batteries, it's rated for up to 10 years at one update a day while providing GNSS, Wi-Fi access point, and cell tower location, automatically choosing the most accurate method for each environment. The ultra-rugged IP68/IK06 housing withstands submersion, impacts, and extreme temperatures, making it ideal for tracking generators, pumps, compactors, and other portable equipment that moves between indoor and outdoor environments.

How long the Yabby Edge battery lasts
Battery life depends on how often the tracker reports its position. These are the rated figures for the Yabby Edge, each at the update rate it assumes. Temperature, signal and your tracking settings change them, so we size the reporting rate with you in the demo.
