Declaration
I declare that I have carried out an inspection of the above power tool in accordance with PUWER 1998, Regulations 5 and 6. I have recorded all defects observed. Where any defect presents an immediate danger, the tool has been withdrawn from service, tagged as defective and the responsible person notified. This record shall be kept until the next inspection under Regulation 6 is recorded.
