12Planks extend at least 150 mm beyond supports
13Planks free from cracks, knots, and warping
14Platform secured to prevent displacement
15Platform clear of debris, ice, and slip hazards
Guardrails and Toeboards
16Top rail installed at approximately 1 m above platform
17Mid rail installed at approximately 0.5 m above platform
18Toeboards installed on all open sides (min 100 mm)
19Guardrail connections secure and not loose
20No gaps where workers could fall through
Access and Tie-Ins
21Safe access provided (ladder, stair tower, or integral)
22Access ladders extend at least 1 m above platform
23Scaffold tied to structure at required intervals
24Tie-in connections secure and load rated
25Clearance from power lines meets minimum distance
