Declaration
I declare that I have calibrated the above gas detection instrument using certified reference gas within its expiry date and in accordance with the manufacturer instructions and AS/NZS 60079.29.2. Pre-calibration and post-calibration readings have been accurately recorded. Where any sensor channel failed to meet the acceptance tolerance, the instrument has been removed from service and the corrective action has been documented above. The calibration sticker has been updated on the instrument and the next calibration due date has been entered in the calibration register.
