I confirm that this fire risk assessment has been completed in accordance with Australian Standard AS 1851, Fire and Rescue NSW guidelines, and the principles of BS PAS 79. All identified hazards have been recorded with their risk rating and existing or required control measures. This assessment must be reviewed annually, or sooner if there are significant changes to the premises, occupancy or use.
