Declaration
I declare that I have completed this dust collector inspection in accordance with site procedures and relevant Australian Standards. I have recorded all findings accurately and reported any defects or non-compliant items to my supervisor. The dust collection system will not be returned to service until any faults that affect worker health, safety or environmental compliance have been rectified. I understand that failure to complete scheduled inspections or report defects may breach company policy and WHS obligations.
