Declaration
I declare that I have completed this dangerous goods vehicle inspection before departure. I have verified all placards, transport documentation, packaging, segregation, load restraint, emergency equipment and vehicle condition. I have reported any defects or non-compliance to the fleet manager and will not depart until all safety-critical items have been rectified. I understand that transporting dangerous goods in a non-compliant vehicle is an offence under state and territory dangerous goods transport legislation and the Heavy Vehicle National Law.
